Before Use, Please Install (swinstall) the packaged, reach at http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Gnu/wget-1.10.2/, don’t forget about the build and run-time dependencies.
after that please add
"export http_proxy=http://server-proxy:port"
and
"export ftp_proxy=http://server-proxy:port"
in your profile
